- Support front office staff with their day-to-day activities
- Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Ensure all back office operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall office performance
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive documents with discretion
- Required to have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a back office role is preferred but not required.
