Job Description
- Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations of the company
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Train and mentor new employees on company policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations
- Provide support in resolving customer complaints and inquiries
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Assist in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
