Job Description

- Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and staff management
- Help in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure goals are met
- Assist in monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Support Manager in conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Help in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team
- Assist in training new hires and creating development plans for existing staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Proactively seek ways to improve processes and enhance team performance

Salary:- 18000 TO 35000
