Alvineient is seeking a driven and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the store manager in all aspects of daily operations, including overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. This person will also help with administrative tasks, training new employees, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to work well under pressure. Experience in retail management is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who shows potential for growth and development within our company. Job Description

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient running of the store
- Manage and lead a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Train and coach staff on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking merchandise
- Help create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience
- Assist in scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments and management to improve overall store performance
- Contribute to a positive work environment and promote a strong team culture within the store.
