Amara Ventures is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager- BD to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion opportunities. Responsibilities include market research, identifying potential partners and clients, creating and delivering presentations, and supporting the Manager in all aspects of the business development process. The Assistant Manager- BD will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to promote the company's services and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development. Job Description

- Assist the Manager of Business Development in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance
- Support the Manager in creating and maintaining a budget for the department
- Assist in training and managing junior staff members in the Business Development team
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.

Salary Package: Fixed Salary + Incentives [15000 to 25000]
