JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Communicating with Customers Responding to customer inquiries via email/telephone in a timely and orderly manner. Ensure policy and regulatory compliance with all RMC companies/customers Coordinate with various departments and external vendors.
Make appointments with various schools, hospitals, clubs, and more, for customers. Monitor, track and report the entire program until the end. Timely follow up with customers/suppliers by email/call Prepare daily and weekly reports.
Maintain GIS system and internal tracker.
2. Program Coordinator Responsible for providing services according to IOS's service policy. Identify and implement processes and recommend improvements related to the delivery of relocation services Ensure compliance and regulation of policies and procedures of all RMC/Client companies. Act as a reporting point and resolve issues that arise in each case. Act as single point of responsibility for day-to-day operations - coordinating with the IOS team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Achieve operational goals Optimize costs and help generate revenue.
3. MIS & Document Track and make sure to update the service dashboard on google docs Track the closures and maintain the MIS weekly/monthly for the same. Prepare customer related reports Maintain review database and escalate Weekly Review Document. 4. Cross-sector coordination Interact with finance and request invoice updates for closed cases Interact with relevant services (P&M, car rental. Immigration or temporary housing time) on request
Desired Profile Level - Any Graduate
Experience – Minimum experience 2 years
Skills - Good use of Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Excellent written and verbal communication Cheerful personality Self-control.
