- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of sales representatives
- Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competitors' activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth
- Travel within the assigned area to meet clients and attend industry events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities
