Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Industry: Fire Fighting Equipment and Gas suppression systems Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Manager for the Fire Fighting Equipment industry is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with other departments, and building relationships with clients and partners to ensure the company's products meet market needs and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. 2. Sales Management: o Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. o Establish sales goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed. 3. Customer Relations: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. o Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently. o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Reporting: o Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management. 5. Working Location: o Gurgaon & Noida o One Day Work from Office o 3-4 field Visits per day Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (master’s preferred). • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the firefighting equipment or related industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
