As an area manager in pharmaceutical sales, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives within a specified geographic region. Job Description

- Lead a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives in a designated area
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision makers
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support the launch of new products
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
- Travel within the assigned area to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
