- Lead a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives in a designated area

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth

- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support the launch of new products

- Travel within the assigned area to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
