Expertise in Python:
- 15-20 years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on building robust, scalable applications.
Distributed Systems:
- Proven experience in building distributed systems that are highly scalable and secure, with an understanding of microservices architecture.
Compliance Experience:
- Hands-on experience in developing products that adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and PII compliance standards.
Architectural Design:
- Robust knowledge in creating high-level designs, including the ability to foresee challenges from architecture design to complete development scenarios.
Security Proficiency:
- Ability to define and implement security measures, including VAPT testing and security audits.
Database Migration:
- Experience in defining migration plans from existing databases (MySQL) to modern databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), with a focus on data integrity and performance.
Messaging and API Technologies:
- Strong expertise in using Kafka for message brokering and developing APIs using REST and GraphQL.
Performance Tuning:
- In-depth knowledge of performance tuning and optimization strategies to enhance application performance and scalability.
Communication and Leadership:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in software architecture and development, with a focus on Python and scalable distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading architectural initiatives and overseeing software implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in software development.
