As an Airline Customer Support agent at Mind Fox Consulting, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to passengers traveling with our partner airlines. Your primary duties will include resolving customer inquiries, handling booking changes, processing refunds, and assisting travelers with any issues they may encounter during their journey. You will also be responsible for managing customer complaints and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Job Description

We are hiring for Indigo Airline Customer Support

- Provide assistance to airline passengers with booking, flight changes, and general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to engage with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Stay current on airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and make recommendations for enhancements
- Assist with training new customer support team members and provide mentorship as needed
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service


Salary : 17k + Incentives upto 4k

Education: Ug or grad with min 6 months of experience or freshers can apply
