- Greet and assist prospective students with inquiries about our banking programs
- Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the admissions process
- Conduct individualized interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and goals
- Collaborate with admissions team to evaluate applications and make admission decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and community organizations
- Stay current on industry trends and program offerings to effectively advise applicants
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment events and informational sessions
- Meet enrollment targets and contribute to overall student success and retention efforts
