We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Workontrix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts, handling invoices and payments, and preparing financial reports. The Accounts Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Job Description

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Ensure compliBased on ance with all financial regulations
- Monitor and track budgets and expenses
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Handle any ad-hoc accounting projects as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Experience: 3-4 Years

Salary: 26000 (Based on Experience)
