SNEKITHA DAIRY PRODUCTS is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. This role will also involve reconciling bank statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Description

- Responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
- Assist in financial audits and tax planning
- Handle vendor and customer queries and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
