Job Description
- Responsible for managing financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
- Assist with audits and tax preparation, liaising with external auditors and tax consultants as needed
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations and increase efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and activities
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance
- Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
