IIM SKILLS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to students in their academic and career development. Job Description

- Provide academic guidance and support to students enrolled in various programs
- Assist students in developing educational and career goals
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic challenges and concerns
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to monitor student progress and address any academic issues
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students
- Stay updated on academic policies and procedures to provide accurate information to students
- Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and career planning
- Maintain confidentiality while handling student records and personal information
- Evaluate student needs and recommend appropriate resources and support services
- Foster a supportive and inclusive academic environment for students to succeed
