Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team at a reputed school in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students, guiding them through the admission process and showcasing the school's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students regarding admissions.
- Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and extracurricular programs.
- Assist parents and students through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Conduct campus tours for parents and explain the benefits of enrolling in the school.
- Follow up with inquiries to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of admission inquiries and updates in the system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education-related background preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with parents and students.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in school admissions or counselling is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages is a plus.
