Job Description

Brief Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues with hardware, software, and network switches and firewall 
  • Installation: Setting up switches and firewall hardware and software, and helping new employees set up their workstations 
  • Training: Teaching users how to use new software and IT regulations 
  • Maintenance: Keeping equipment and software up to date 
  • Monitoring: Keeping an eye on the performance of a company's Networks infrastructure 
  • Advising: Recommending technological solutions to executives 
  • Documentation: Creating technical reports and manuals 
  • Researching: Keeping up with the latest computing technology 
  • Logging: Recording logs of support provided to clients 
  • Remote support: Providing technical assistance remotely or on-site
