Brief Job Description:
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues with hardware, Server, Storage, SAN Switch, and Virtualization
- Installation: Setting up new Server, Storage, SAN Switch, Virtualization
- Training: Teaching users how to use new technology and IT regulations
- Maintenance: Keeping equipment and software up to date
- Monitoring: Keeping an eye on the performance of a company's IT infrastructure
- Advising: Recommending technological solutions to executives
- Documentation: Creating technical reports and manuals
- Researching: Keeping up with the latest computing technology
- Logging: Recording logs of support provided to clients
- Remote support: Providing technical assistance remotely or on-site
