We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at SHRASTA DECOR PVT LTD (Stanley Lifestyles). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the luxury furniture industry and excellent communication and leadership skills. Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and create plans to penetrate new markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Analyze sales data and generate reports on sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct sales meetings.
