Job Description
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative interior design solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop detailed design proposals, including floor plans, furniture layouts, color schemes, and material selections
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in interior design
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other industry professionals
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure design intent is carried out accurately
- Participate in client presentations and design reviews
- Contribute to the growth and success of the design team through creative input, leadership, and collaboration.
