Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and staff members
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office.
