Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive cum Sales Executive to join our dynamic team who will responsible for driving sales of subscription-based products or services, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the subscription lifecycle. This role requires a strategic approach to selling, a deep understanding of subscription models, and excellent relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and generating sales to achieve company growth targets. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, relationship building, and hands-on sales execution.

Reports To: Sales Manager/Director of Sales

Shift: Night Shift

Working Hours: 08:00 Pm to 05:00 Am

Time-Off: All Saturday Off & All Sunday Off

Salary: 1.8 LPA to 4.2 LPA

> Sales Execution & Key Responsibilities:

* Prospecting and Lead Generation:
1 . Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
2 . Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities specific to subscription offerings.
3 . Conduct research to understand prospects' needs and tailor pitches to demonstrate the value of subscription services.
* Sales Process Management:
1 . Present and demonstrate subscription products or services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
2 . Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
3 . Customize subscription packages or plans based on customer requirements and preferences.
* Customer Relationship Management:
1 . Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
2 . Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support throughout the subscription period.
3 . Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for up selling or renewals.
* Performance Tracking and Reporting:
1 . Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including subscription acquisition, churn rates, and revenue targets.
2 . Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3 . Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
* Market and Product Knowledge:
1 . Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to subscription models.
2 . Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's subscription products or services, including features, pricing, and benefits.
3 . Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.
* Customer On boarding and Training:
1 . Assist new subscribers with the on boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the subscription service.
2 . Provide training or guidance on using the subscription product, addressing any questions or issues that arise.
* Administrative Duties:
1 . Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and subscription details in CRM systems.
2 . Ensure timely and accurate processing of subscription agreements, renewals, and cancellations.

* Preferred Experience:
1. National / International 1+ years of sales experience.
2. Proven experience in subscription sales, SaaS sales, or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and sales strategies.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications: Any of these
* HSC Passed
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or business development.
