Job Description
- Create accurate and detailed Rebar CAD drawings of reinforcing steel layout
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create rebar placement plans
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy of designs
- Review drawings and identify any discrepancies or errors
- Utilize Rebar CAD software to produce 2D and 3D drawings of rebar structures
- Develop bills of materials and material take-offs for rebar fabrication
- Collaborate with production team to ensure timely completion of drawings
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings and revisions
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices for rebar detailing
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
