The HR Recruiter & Team Manager at Achievers will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. This individual will also lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and recruitment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Description

- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure successful hiring processes
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Utilize social media and other networking platforms for candidate sourcing
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
