The HOSTELLER is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will also include assisting in leasing activities, conducting property inspections, and handling resident inquiries and concerns. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to maintain occupancy levels, maximize rental income, and uphold property standards. Job Description

- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of property operations
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure property is well-maintained
- Assist in the leasing process, including showing units to prospective tenants
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of property income and expenses
- Assist in the creation and implementation of property policies and procedures
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on budgeting and financial planning
- Provide administrative support as needed for all property management tasks.
