Job Description
- Source, recruit, and screen potential candidates for various positions within flipkart
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
