As an L1 Engineer at Matrix, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to software, hardware, and network systems. You will work closely with other members of the technical team to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of IT solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail. You will also be responsible for documenting processes, creating reports, and escalating issues as needed. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, relevant certification, and previous experience in a similar role. Job Description

- Provide level 1 technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Resolve IT help desk tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with network configurations and setups
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in support requests
- Document solutions and train end users on basic IT tasks
- Maintain accurate records of user problems and resolutions
- Follow standard operating procedures for IT support
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through training opportunities
