- Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and networking events
- Screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate progress and manage applicant data
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist with other HR functions as needed within the department.
