Policybazaar Insurance Broker Private Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, managing a team of sales executives, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing regular reports and updates to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset. A background in the insurance industry is preferred. Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the designated area
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the senior management team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns that support sales objectives
- Stay informed about competitors and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure they are equipped to meet sales goals
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any customer issues or concerns promptly
