As an HR Executive at Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective strategies for attracting top talent. Additionally, you will manage onboarding and orientation processes for new employees and handle all employee relations issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and recruitment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Job Description

- Provide support in all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct interviews and screenings to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and make hiring decisions
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee satisfaction
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance HR operations
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Income:

  • 20-25k for Part Time
  • 35-45k for Full Time
