We are hiring for Customer support Executive.
Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees.
Job Description :
Provide customer support to consumers via telephone and/or Internet, e.g., instant message, email. Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment. For product or service-related issues, will move customer to appropriate Product Support Specialist.
Basic Requirment
- B2 profile – Voice ; No MTI
Preferred : Banking Exp
Process : Voice process
Skillset : Excellent Communication & customer service
Educational qualification : Plus two and above
Shift : Rotational Shift and Rotational Week offs, 5 days of working
Salary : 20997 TH & 25000 CTC
