You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and implementing HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support in talent acquisition and retention. Additionally, you will handle employee relations issues, performance evaluations, and training and development programs. You must have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Administer employee benefits and compensation packages
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts within the team

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Flipkart Seller team
- Conduct interviews and screenings to identify top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR issues
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR needs
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for HR initiatives.
