Job Description
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IBS (In-Building Solution) equipment
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement for antennas and other equipment
- Install and configure RF cabling, connectors, and antennas in accordance with industry standards
- Test and commission IBS equipment to ensure proper functioning and signal strength
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement IBS solutions for clients
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance and repairs
- Provide training and support to junior technicians and new hires
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and in confined spaces
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
