Kargokart Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow key client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the key accounts segment. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise. The Key Accounts Executive will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop and execute sales strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Job Description

- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products/services to existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop strategies to increase revenue from key accounts
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet overall company objectives
