Women Empowerment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting strategies and techniques to attract top female talent for various non-IT roles within the organization. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. The Non-IT Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external partners. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Job Description

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
- Utilize social media and networking platforms to source potential hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as a brand ambassador for Women Empowerment and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring efforts.
