As a Customer Support Executive at our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving all inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up accordingly
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and streamline customer support operations
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
