Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Hirementum's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers and providing personalized solutions
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality
- Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition onto Hirementum's platform
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist customers
- Effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold Hirementum's values and mission by delivering excellent customer support at all times.
Salary- 12k to 15 k ctc
Location- vibhutikhand gomtinagar Lucknow
