Huntsmen & Barons is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to extending job offers. Job Description

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the company
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruiting metrics
- Coordinate job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Salary : Upto 3 lpa
