Tiara Consultancy Services is seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to join our team as an International Customer Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our international clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our services. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer support to clients across various time zones
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services offered by the company
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up to date on product updates and changes to effectively support customers
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend enhancements
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure seamless international customer support
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in multiple languages to support global customers
