We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, including sales, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be in charge of recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure high levels of productivity and performance. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role. Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain Profit and Loss, Cost of Goods Sold.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Manage and control Packaging Wastage in case of order cancellations.
  • Conduct daily shelf-life checks for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (First in First out) to ensure minimum wastage.
  • Ensure basic hygiene is in place. Maintaining Restaurant Health Index.
  • Instant Gasification combined cycle.
  • Food Quality - Ensure Food preparation and execution have adhered to Recipe and Process SOP.
  • Food Safety - Food Preparation and other related activities, from receiving to serving, are in compliance with food safety standard.
  • Manage Staff - allocate day-to-day work to the staff.
  • Maintain Daily wastage report.
  • Extend Hands-on Support and guidance to fellow staff workers for a better work environment.
What is a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)?
  • Quick service restaurant (QSR) is a restaurant which offers certain food items that require minimal preparation time and are delivered through quick services.
  • Typically, quick service restaurants or QSRs cater to fast food items over a limited menu as they can be cooked in lesser time with minimum possible variation.
