Akal Information Systems Ltd. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, following up on leads, and closing sales deals. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Akal Information Systems Ltd’s products and services
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report on sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and strategies to generate leads
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform sales approach
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and prospects
- Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall company revenue goals.
