NC Realty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will also be in charge of developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Job Description

- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of competition
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts
