- Lead a team of HR automation specialists to achieve project goals
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines
- Collaborate with project managers to develop strategies for project execution
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure team performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
