AJ Placement Services is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The HR Executive will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in HR roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee development
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to identify staffing needs and address HR-related issues
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and maintain accurate employee records
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and workplace investigations
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs
- Participate in the development of company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
