As a Manager HR Business Partner at Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function for assigned clients. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on various HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives and drive employee engagement. Job Description

Minimum 4 years experience in From International BPO Industry required 

- Lead and manage the delivery of HR activities for clients
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients on HR matters
- Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with client goals
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness
- Conduct HR analysis and reporting to inform decision making
- Support talent management and succession planning efforts
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Lead and coach a team of HR professionals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HR projects.
