Helis Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to provide valuable insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in accounting software is preferred. Job Description

- Managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in entries
- Performing account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Generating financial reports for management review
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams for financial matters
- Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations
- Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or related certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
