We are hiring for Customer Support Executive for Banking process
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and professional manner

- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
