Star Vision Placement is seeking a reliable and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee our production facility. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production setting, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities. The Plant Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels, scheduling production runs, and ensuring all quality standards are met. Job Description

- Oversee and manage all plant operations and activities
- Supervise a team of plant workers to ensure efficient production and quality control
- Set production goals and monitor performance to achieve targets
- Enforce safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and productivity
- Provide training and guidance to staff on operational procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance
- Create and maintain documentation on plant processes and procedures
- Collaborate with management to strategize and align plant operations with overall business goals
